Dr. Agbebaku, Henry Usiobaifo is an Environmentalist and Administrator. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Geography in Environmental Resource Management(2019), an M.Sc. Geography in Hydrology(2014), Master of Public Administration in Personnel Management and Administration(2004), Postgraduate Diploma in Distance Education(2019), B.Sc. Geography(1999) and Associate Member, International Professional Managers Association(2015). His areas of interest are; Management of the Earth’s Resources (solid waste management, hydrology, environmental quality, vegetative studies and administration).
